Lynae and Tracy, the owners of FAR Hospitality, were both regulars at the former Yamaguchi’s. They often talked about opening “a little taco stand” together. That “little taco stand” became Shinsei, and Lovers Seafood. In fall of 2022 Dea Restaurant was added to this
portfolio of boutique neighborhood restaurants.

Tracy Rathbun

Lynae Fearing has experienced the best of the best when it comes to culinary expertise, fine-dining, world-class traveling, and renowned restaurants. Growing up, the restaurant industry became a second home for Lynae as she made her way through high school, college and beyond.

It was during this time that she also found her passion for people by engaging over a good glass of wine and great food. When Lynae is not making her rounds at Shinsei, Lovers Seafood, or Dea, she enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending as much time as she can with her two sons, Jaxson and Campbell.

During her travels to Capri, Lynae discovered a divine Genovese pasta that she’s excited to feature on the menu at Dea.

Tracy Rathbun brings with her over 30 years of restaurant and managerial experience. While pursuing her Psychology degree at the University of Texas at Austin she worked her way through school at the Lakeview Café, waiting tables and managing. Upon graduation she moved to Dallas where she was food and beverage manager for the Hyatt Regency.

For the next 14 years she moved from sales to General Sales Manager for Park Place Porsche and Boardwalk Porsche. As you can see, Tracy used her Psychology degree on a very regular basis.

A flawless hostess and avid art collector, Tracy and her husband, Kent enjoy hosting private dinner parties and traveling the world. Her favorite city outside of her hometown , Dallas, Tx is Cape Town South Africa. She and her family are always up for a culinary adventure.

Considering his father worked as a chef under Wolfgang Puck for many years, it is no surprise that Anthony Valiani found his passion in the restaurant setting. Since he was 12 years old, Anthony has learned the ins and outs of the industry.

During his time in the culinary hub of Los Angeles, Anthony worked at renowned restaurant Redbird alongside cocktail connoisseur, Tobin Shea, and executive chef, Neil Fraser. Eventually, Anthony moved to Dallas to open the popular Laurel Tavern on Greenville Avenue before finding his way to Lover’s Seafood and Shinsei where he first joined the family.

Now, as the General Manager of Dea, Anthony is ready to take Dallas by storm and lead the team as they bring innovative Italian cuisine to Lovers Lane.
